Payments are made via Wise. They can ONLY be requested on the platform once per month, between the 2nd and 5th of each month, after the invoice has been confirmed. Read on to find out more information!

When will I be paid?

Payments can be processed on the platform between the 2nd and 5th of each month after you have confirmed the invoice. Depending on your bank, your money should arrive within 24 hours. If there is a delay, please contact Wise and your bank to ensure there are no problems. We are unable to recall payments once they have been requested on the platform, so please take care to ensure you have followed the process correctly.

 

Which classes will I be paid for?

Are any fees taken from my payment?

Twenix takes no deductions from your payment. Wise does take a small fee, generally in the region of €4. Any other discrepancies between the amount invoiced and the amount received should be taken up with your bank.

 

Which currencies are available for payment?

Wise makes payments in EUR, ZAR, USD, MXN, PHP, TRY, GBP, BRL, CAD, IDR, PLN, ARS, COP, CRC, THB, CZK, HRK, RON, AUD and BGN.

It is essential to ensure your Wise account is set to one of the above currencies.

  • When you create a Wise account, ensure it is set to the currency you'd like to be paid in.
  • Confirm your invoice and request your payment between the 2nd and the 5th of each month.
  • Double-check you've selected the right currency in our platform when you're requesting your payment.
  • Don't forget to finalise the payment via the email sent by Wise. If you don't receive the email as soon as you request the payment in our platform, please contact Wise.
  • If you have more than one invoice outstanding, please follow all steps separately for all of them.
