There is an issue with my payment

If there's a misstep during the process your payment status will come up as "Error".

If once you've gone through the whole process your payment status is now coming up as "Error" that is because there must have been a misstep during the process. You may have entered an email account that wasn't the one you have associated to your WISE account, the currency you chose wasn't the local currency your WISE account is set to, or you didn't finalise the payment via the email sent by WISE (if you didn't receive this email and it's not in your SPAM folder either, please contact WISE). Bear in mind that the payment period ends the 5th of each month at 00:00 UTC time, so after that date we need to wait for the refund. The 2nd of the next month you'll be able to confirm your invoice again and request the payment.
