How does Twenix get in touch with me?

We believe communication between us and our teachers is essential! Please read on to find out how we get in touch with you!

As mentioned, it is very important that our teachers can come to us whenever they need to and that we can also contact them if necessary. Communication is key for a long and healthy relationship!🚀 So this are our the different means for teachers to get in touch with us and viceversa.

How to get in touch with us 💬

There's two different ways to get in touch with us for questions, feedback, to report an issue or whatever you want to talk about!

  • Via our chatbot
    In the left-hand side of the platform you'll see the tab "Support".

    You can start a conversation with our chatbot and your ticket will be sent to us! 🤖 Make sure to go through the different sections as they will probably show what you're looking for! Add all relevant information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Please send as an email in as much detail and possible and we will get back to you! 📩

    We love to keep you posted on new features or latest Twenix news so we send regular newsletters! Make sure you keep an eye out for them! 🌟
    We also send important notifications via email so please ensure the email you provide us with to contact you in is one you check regularly! 🗓️
    Booked classes, 30 minutes reminders, transfer classes up for grabs... are all also notified via email !📥 Please DON'T mark any of our emails as SPAM as that will mean you will stop receiving ALL of our emails. We still encourage our teachers to check the platform as reference - you may receive emails later than expected due to connectivity issues!
    ⚠️ IMPORTANT‼️: ALL emails from Twenix (even if they are from an specific team member) will ALWAYS end with ...@twenix.es - if you receive an email regarding Twenix from an address that doesn't have that extension please report it to us via our chatbot or email and we will look into it! 🔍
