If you can't attend a class, you must transfer the classes you had booked so the student can still take it!
By putting classes into the transfer system, they will automatically be assigned to teachers that have availability open for that time, and those that can't be automatically allocated will go into an auction - whoever is fastest will take it! 🏃 You can see your classes that are still pending to be taken by another teacher in the "In transfer" tab in the platform.
IMPORTANT‼️: any class that is still in transfer will be your responsibility until it is successfully taken by another teacher.
What's the best approach?
If you happen to know beforehand that you won't be available, don't leave it until the next minute, make sure you transfer your classes with at least a minimum of 24 hours - it is more likely that someone can take it!
How can I be sure I won't miss a class?
- Until your class is successfully taken by another teacher assume you will still need to teach it, otherwise you may forget about it! 👀
- Open availability slots you can fully commit to. 🔒
- Keep up to date with your bookings .📆
- Regularly check the platform and your email inbox. 📥
