What should I do if I can’t attend a class?

As soon as you know you won’t be able to attend a class, please transfer it. Even if it is very last-minute, a teacher may be available to take it. Remember that unlike classes, transfers can be done via mobile devices, so even if you lose your wi-fi it should be possible.

 

What are the consequences of missing a class?

  • Any upcoming booked classes within 2 hours after the absence will automatically be transferred
  • Twenix sends warnings for absences, and having more than 2 absences can result in platform deactivation.

There are many things you can do to avoid missing classes but here are some useful recommendations:

  • Use the transfer system, including on your mobile! Even up until the last minute before class, there’s a good chance a teacher will take your class. 
  • Be careful with the slots you open. Make sure to only open slots during times you know you’ll be available. 
  • Email notifications should not be solely relied upon. Please make sure you always use the platform as reference!💻
  • Check your calendar every night to see if you have any bookings the next morning. Students can book classes overnight, so close any slots you are unsure you’ll be up for.
  • Check your equipment every morning in good time before your first class, if any technical issues arise you’ll be able to fix them in time.⚠️
